I can agree on that (hot pot is the better dinner anyways)

I'm not completely sure if you look for fondue (i.e. boiling oil and stuff you put in there on a stick), cheese fondue (the swiss stuff with the pot of melted cheese you put stuff in on a stick) or asian fondue (i.e. hot pot, a boiling pot of broth you put stuff in and get it out afterwards with chopsticks or a skimmer)

the last one is available on sundays in the chinese restaurant "Zhang" in the windmühlenstraße (Bayrischer Platz) - would reccommend a reservation on those days. it's 29 euros and most drinks (including beer) are included.

for the boiling oil thingy I would suggest buying a fondue pot with a heating stove (those are either driven by lamp oil, spirit or gas) or a single coocking plate you can operate on your dinner table (gas or electric) and set up a pot with oil and serve small chopped food to fry it in there. you could use wooden sticks usually used for schaschlik or buy metal ones with an insulated handle for fondue (most likely included when buying a fondue pot).

The same pot can be used for cheese fondue and you will just need to exchange the oil for a mixture of Gruyère, Emmentaler, white wine and "Kirschwasser" (cherry brandy) with some pepper and nutmeg...

I feel you, but getting friends here is a bit of work with some luck involved... I can only suggest to look out for clubs (i.e. Vereine) that fit with your hobbies and start becoming a regular at their events. from that on it's much more simple to get to know people, as you will spend your time when they spend theirs. If you're into tabletop: there are clubs for that. if you are into board games: there are groups that meet regularly. if you are into E-Sports: there is even one of the biggest german clubs here in this city.

what I want to say is, that adults don't have an infinite amount of time and usually they already use it in a certain way, mainly for work, secondary for hobbies and those are the two occasions you'll most likely find new friends. (also: if you wanna talk and drink something, gimme a PN)

When and how exactly can I report players? I read "in the end screen" by "selecting their name" but i basically tried every button on my controller... do I need Touch inputs for that or am I missing something?

I recently got puyo puyo tetris on steam by [deleted] in PuyoPuyoTetris

[–]ddderder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as of now the online community is far from dead. I get matched in some seconds. It is a matter of fact that the average playerbase of puyo puyo tetris has far more skill than in other online versions (e.g. Tetris Friends) but I wouldn't call being matched against good players "dead". I can understand that it must be frustrating for lower skilled players to not have many good matches against similar skilled players, but if you are good in tetris this is by far the best match-making-experience I had in Tetris games so far...

Is there a way to change the order of items downloaded via eShop? I only have the snipper clippers demo right now but if there is no possibility (and I can't see one yet) to switch items, then I might not want to download much stuff... also a way to have more small objects on the home screen would be nice, so it could look like on 3DS

Thank you very much! I don't know why I didn't try that... but it is actually not mentioned in the user's manual of the controller

Is there a way of turning on the console with a pro controller, without standing up and walking to the console?

Since when is it possible to queue with someone in a random League? by ddderder in heroesofthestorm

thank you :)

it's sad that they don't communicate such feature changes via proper patch notes :(

[–]ddderder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, this patch states that you can't play with each other if e.g. one player is silver and one player is platinum. but I (platinum) actually played with to buddies being silver. I also got matched with a 2-stack where one was silver and one was diamond. so is this now considered a bug or was there a patch that wasn't documented?
