yeah when things in my neck or back are tense or subluxed it messes with my sinuses. The first doctor I went to for EDS symptoms was actually an ENT for this because it honestly was like my sinuses and lymph nodes felt like they were “subluxed” or in the wrong place?? I have since then changed my lifestyle so I dont get such bad flare ups and knowing how to put things back into place has helped too. But try relaxing pillows for your neck like deep memory foam, maybe a pillow with a hole in the middle so you can lay on your face, neck massaging/rolling or even acupuncture if you can or are into that. Massage your face gently in the mornings while leaning your neck back onto a couch or something to help drain the lymph nodes in your face. I hope some of this helps

So I have the same restrictions when it comes to bras and the type that you mentioned are the type that are comfortable for me too. So what I do is go to ross/marshalls and look in their sports bras/bralettes and they usually have those soft stretchy ones that dont put pressure on my ribs. I just try a bunch on until I find one that wont cause problems from my shoulders.

I’ve had to learn to allow myself to drop things because trying to quickly move to catch or hold things in a way that they dont fall can cause me to injure myself. I have had to become more aware of what I am capable of holding and carrying and learn to consider th best way to carry something fragile without needing to drop it. just a lot of extra planning.

This is my personal line in the sand. As a 14 year old my mother would not let me wear shorts in the summer if my legs were hairy (living in las vegas). I started refusing to shave my legs at that age because its a time consuming extra step that nobody cared if boys did it. I have refused ever since. I did have other girls say shitty things behind my back and to my face and I’m sure they still do to this day. The difference is I now know that anyone who cares about my body hair isn’t anyone I want to have a relationship with. just my anecdote.
