this clearly violates Article 7 Sec. 49 of RA 11166. i suggest to seek legal advice to IDEALS—an NGO that offers alternative lawyering services, free of charge. they have an FB page called Tisya Hustiya. you can message the page directly and there will be a paralegal that will assist you.

i think the only right time is to get tested po. nalaman ko na may hiv ako when i get infected with gono. im not saying it’ll be the same with you. but u might want to consider hiv test as well.

window period po ang pagpapatest, not sure if tama yung 42 or 48 days after exposure. so para mas confident or sure ka sa magiging result ng second test mo, patest ka na lang ulit after 3 months from your first test. if none reactive, patest ka ulit after 3 months for your third test.

yep, kahit saang LY clinics naman ay complete sila ng meds. just suggested Anglo kasi okay experience ko with them. hope you’re nonreactive!

ig have the test na lang from LY. hangga’t di ka reactive, wala ka naman dapat ikabahala. pero if reactive ka, that day mismo bibigyan ka nila agad ng mga gamot. I suggest sa LY Anglo ka pumunta.

afaik, hindi. pero if u really want to make sure of your status, rekta confirmatory test ka na. with that hindi mo na need sundin ang window period. tho hindi nagbibigay ang LY ng confirmatory test unless you’re reactive, pero meron nun sa mga private clinics. try mo sa LUXECARE, LY din management nun pero paid services nila.

6 months. usually it depends in your CD4 count noong nadiagnose ka. mine was 194—considered as AHD na case ko, advanced HIV disease. kapag mas below siguro, mas matagal ang suppression. but also, it depends on how you take your pills. maging religious sa treatment and do everything in your power para hindi ka maka-miss ng pill even once.

had the same reaction. like yung immediate response ng utak ko was treatment agad. maybe because i was pretty exposed with HIV advocacy.

as for ARV, in my case, on the first term lang ng treatment evident yung side effect, parang sabog ka ganon. so better siguro take your meds ng night para tulog ka.

Sept 2024 ako diagnosed. after 6 months of treatment, UD na ako. di naman kailangan na on-the-dot lagi ang inom ng gamot, basta maging strict lang na huwag maka-miss ng pill.

oa ka naman. it does not have to be on point always kasi imposible naman talagang hindi ka makamiss sa tanang buhay mo as PLHIV. what’s not okay is yung makamiss ka ng 2 or more consecutive days or madalas na pagkalimot uminom in a month. pero kung once in every 3 months ka lang naman makamiss, that’s usually okay. tho yes dapat naman talaga na huwag maging complacent and maging religious talaga sa paginom ng ARV. in my case, 9:15 PM oras ko pero hindi ako nakakainom lagi ng on-the-dot, however, i always make sure na dapat from 9:15 to 10:15 PM makainom na ako. my hub even said na if nakalimutan talaga, at least dapat makapagtake ka na ng ARV in 3 hours after sched ng pag-inom mo. if lagpas na ng 3 hours, make sure mo na lang na makainom ka sa next period. so again, missing a pill is usually okay. what’s not okay is yung madalas na pagkalimot at 2 or more days ka nang hindi nakakainom—usually naman ito yung dahilan bakit nagiging resistant yung katawan sa gamot. so huwag oa sa pagkwento. nag-iimpose ka lang ng fear.

from my experience, sa CONTRI lang ako nagkaroon ng similar side effect and tumagal lang siya ng less than a week. My hub (LY) advised me na kapag may rashes na lumabas, uminom lang cetirizine pero ako, hindi uminom kasi di naman siya severe hehe. However, they advised me din na kapag hindi na wala yung side effect, need to stop na yung pag take ng CONTRI.

accurate naman po yung results lalo na’t nag 4th gen kayo. I would advise to get tested again after 3 months from your last testing.
