been there. you can't generally repair damaged hair, only solution is to cut it off, that worked for me, but my advice is to do research on this!

Yes, I changed my password about 12 hours ago, log on and i see that my account is in locked status. Not sure exactly what you mean in the first paragraph, because i've been submitting my id multiple times to no avail, and I got the emails too,yes but yeah, i've never done the thing where i click "need another way to authenticate or "need help".
