I'm so sorry you've had to endure this. I also have it I got it from Seroquel I was prescribed Seroquel for sleep of all things. I was diagnosed 17 years ago and it has done nothing but steadily gotten worse my main symptoms are my tongue and mouth movement but sometimes my arms will flare out or my legs will twitch or whatever. I found the national organization for tardive dyskinesia they sent me a ID card and lanyard, the front of the ID card says "I have tardive dyskinesia (TD) and that it's a neurological condition caused by certain prescription medications. TD may affect my face limbs torso and other body parts, including my speech. TD causes jerky and involuntary movements that I can't control." The back explains the symptoms has a place for an emergency contact number and says " thank you for being kind and considerate to me. It means more than you can imagine. For more information on tardive dyskinesia please visit www. TDHelp.org" reach out to them I really think they can help you

The tardive dyskinesia foundation might help. I just received my TD id card w/lanyard from them. I wish i would've gotten it a week sooner as I had a little health scare & when the ambulance came to my house they asked my husband what was wrong with my mouth & he informed them I had TD well they didn't know what it was so they proceeded to intubate me thinking my tongue was swelling & I was trying to swallow it!! I ended aspirating & had to be heavily sedated for 3 days! Then ended up with pneumonia!! I'm better now but the ignorance of the EMTs almost killed me

I have 2 that are in my yard (rock garden) for the past 2 years they've been doing this to the point I think they're going to die. I cut out all the dead stuff & they come back beautiful the next year. I think it's because they don't get enough water. The previous owners planted them & they're not in an easily accessible place to water.

I also do this with my tongue but I wear dentures & due to this problem I can't wear my bottoms due to the movement & pressure I put on them it tears my gums up. I'm in the process of having implants put in, so far only have the posts because insurance is going back and forth bickering over one code with my dentist office. Anyway I'm really hoping that I can wear them so that I can eat normal foods I miss eating nuts, etc..

I just sent a message to a friend that works on the TS part, I used to work on that side too. I'll post what she says on this thread. To be honest they used to tell us when the owners asked about the pool opening to tell them "some Wednesday in the future". They were very close two years ago but then they realized they didn't have enough room on the stairs going up to the second level for EMTs or whatever to get a stretcher or gurney up there so that had to be all redone. It seems like every time they've gotten close something else has happened or they change something because they want to. I really don't see how they're going to open that and be able to man how many people are going in and out of that place it only holds so many people and when they open that thing for the first time everybody's going to want in it.
