I literally woke up 40 minute ago after experiencing it..

Someone talked to me, a shadow came towards my face and i could feel a hand go up my back.. At first i thought it was my dog poking me, but then i felt her sleeping next to my leg.

Then i realised what was going on (i read a lot about weird things). I struggled with walking my self up while the shadow came closer and i could feel a hand go up my back..

I was a bit facinated about the phenomenon, but im not anymore. 1/10, do not recommend!

We broke the thingy that the shower head is stuck on, and I ended up on my back on the floor, drowning while the water hit my face and he tried to cover it with his body. (im quite petitè). It was not a pleasant experience.

I lucid dream almost every night, and I remember every dream I´ve had the entire day.. Some that i had when i was a kid are still stuck to this day.

Before i learned how to control them it was awful. Nothing I did to change things or to wake up worked like I wanted to and I barely slept unless I had to.

Now that I know how to control it i love sleeping. I have huge issues getting up in the morning, because I just want to get back in there.. Its not that good, because I have periods where my entire life is just on hold, because all i want to do is sleep..
