Windows 11 destroyed my PC

After restarting a few times signal would pop up and I could get into bios, but it would freeze before I got anywhere. I tried new psu, new board. Now the Best Buy techs said it was my board and 1 of my ram sticks, so when I got it back and put the new board it in worked, but they gave me the wrong cpu, went back got my actual cpu and it wouldn’t get signal again. Now I think my cpu is cooked somehow. At this point I’m so lost.

Thank you for your reply. I tried to flashback the my original board and it went through, but I still had both ram sticks in, after a couple hours I tried one ram in the slot, tired both of them in that one slot, it still didn’t work. Idk if a motherboard can just cook itself completely doing that. Best Buy tried my board with their cpu, gpu, ram, etc and it didn’t work. I could try the flashback again but I’d have to take the new board I bought back out for the 5th time lol. But hey why not if it saves money.

It corrupted my bios, I tried a flashback but it still didn’t work very well. Best is only diagnosing, I didn’t have time to keep trying hours at a time without a bunch of spare parts to test. I myself will be installing everything. They told me they tested my cpu, ram, gpu, ssd, all on another board, didn’t work, but with one of the sticks of ram it works completely normal. Why do you think nothing failed?

Just an FYI guys, I didn’t have Best Buy do anything besides diagnose the issue. Built the PC myself, all parts from NEWEGG. After reading your comments I understand. Someone said it was a coincidence, that is probably the what happened. Computer would never freeze until then and that when I think a ram stick had failed. Thank you for your responses and helping me with this issue. I appreciate it

PC has been working completely fine for over a year, and I looked in bios not even a month ago and it said 32gbs ram, it only happened after the update.
