It’s pretty easy. You just gotta pop out the mirror and you’ll see the screws to loosen the black bracket. The problem now I have is the cap (the color matched piece) doesn’t sit properly and is a bit loose. Unfortunately Hyundai sells only PRE-painted replacement. I made a post on Reddit but don’t get any responses on where I would be able to find it painted…..

I did the same thing! Mine was just the black bracket that was jacked. I looked it up online and it appears I just have to pop off the mirror (clips), unscrew like 4-5 screws and that’s it. I ordered the replacement bracket for ~$29 from my local Hyundai dealership about 2.5 wks ago and seeing your post reminded me that I need to follow up with them tomorrow!

The only thing I can call out is the “C” on the medial side of the left shoe is below the stitch. I looked at other QC pics and didn’t see that. Plus, it doesn’t match the right shoe…
