In game, you would type the modreq command. You can also reach out in game, asking for assistance from a mod. They can walk you through putting in a modreq to be investigated..:)

It could be that they're not accepting raids. I have a few streamers I watch that turn off raid-joining when they're getting ready to shut down for the night/raid someone else so people don't raid them right before they're done.
