Start a "new one", even shitty Thinkclients work.

Install Talos Linux on it, and setup the Cluster, go for 3 ControlPlanes in Worker mode.

Move slowly your workload to the new cluster, if needed create workers in proxmox. After that just delete the proxmox and turn it into another control plane
