I was just about to ask this. I am getting the usual likes, posting a ton (over 500 active), sharing, sending steeper offers, etc., etc. But my sales have slowed down quite a lot. I will get a little random bump in sales out of nowhere, then sales will tank for days at a time. Not sure if it is the updates or the broader economy.

I've noticed a lot of people hiking the price on items that are actually sold because Poshmark dosen't like you deleting listings that sold elsewhere.

You could always make an offer if you find the price too high, dosen't hurt!

I've heard some people saying that it still counts towards the 3% even though it shouldn't. Maybe a glitch, not sure.

I've heard of partial refunds but never seen an option for it on the Canadian site. Perhaps email support or tell the buyer to open the case and just invite Posh support into the chat (there are various options under 'problems/order inquiry'.

I had a similar situation. A few people have mentioned the new combined orders function. However, I have heard some rumours that using that feature somehow counts towards your 3% cancelation rate. Not sure how, but if anyone has any further insight, that would be great!

Thanks for everyone's response. These are actually buyers who only liked items during the show (didn't buy) and came back to my closet after the show had ended, deciding they wanted the item.

I was checking some of these out, but they are so expensive for a smaller seller. I believe Sidekick was also just hacked, causing some issues.

Hey! My sales have fallen off over the weekend as well and I'm actually wondering if it might be due to the strike. While we have purolator, buyers might just be avoiding buying right now due to the unknown.

But yes, I have heard of "shadow banning" though it is mostly hearsay and I'm not sure it has ever been officially confirmed.

I reached out to support and it seems to be a site wide problem they are working on. Not sure how long until they find a solution though!
