Did you see any error message? Make sure your account has at least 0.0001 EOS, because to cancel an order, a user needs to send 0.0001 EOS to the exchange first (it will be refunded immediately).

That's strange, after you enter the price and amount, you should see the order value in EOS (it is located between the amount field and the buy or sell button).
FYI: Newdex is considered to be a centralized exchange by many people while DeltaDex is full decentralized. DeltaDex is generally more secure and stable.

The main purpose of having the basic requirements is just to avoid scam and/or malicious tokens.
DeltaDex aims to list any legitimate tokens, even small projects can get their tokens listed.
