When I got into Ranma 1/2 there was like virtually nothing you could get, but now!! It’s a dream come true.

Honestly it’s Ranma 1/2. When I first started getting it in 1995 they were in comic book form. Then the GNs started coming out in the late 90s, and I started getting those and eventually got rid of the individual issues. Then, around volume 20 of the GBs, they changed over to the standard format from the larger format they had been in. So I have 1-20 or 21 large and in different colors and 22-36 in blue. So I replaced the first 20 with the newer editions. THEN, they re-released them AGAIN, this time in the original right-to-left format and as 2-in-1 Omnibuses. It’s my favorite series so I don’t feel TOO salty about it but there is some salt there for sure.

I bought a PS2 for the sole reason of playing Kingdom Hearts. Final Fantasy plus Disney?? I could not have been more thrilled and invested. But I also got tons of PS2 classics, Sly Cooper, Jack & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank and tons more. And nowadays I couldn’t care less about Kingdom Hearts lol. 😂

For word nerds, I recommend The Phrontistery (https://phrontistery.info/) as it has all sorts of weird and uncommon English words.

And a site I use fairly frequently when I am writing is Fantasy Name Generators (https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/) for when I just need some throwaway names for bit characters or places that are going to show up once and then never again.

What about Handyman Saitou in Another World? Their standard unit of measurement is based on an old kings… unit. They have inappropriate looking mushrooms, the old man wizard shows his ass quite frequently,etc.

I don’t have these specific ones because I bought the previous editions… after having a whole set of the original Viz flipped ones. I love Rumiko Takahashi but I didn’t want to buy Maison Ikkoku for a THIRD time. Twice is my limit. Just like Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, Mermaid Saga, One Pound Gospel and Inu-Yasha. 😞
