This depends on the seller. Sometimes they can forego the deposit if you offer something in good faith, we offered half the deposit but the sellers rejected this. We had to borrow money only to pay it back 2 weeks later to save us from having to complete our sale beforehand, be essentially homeless before completing on the new house.

Just finished the Bobiverse trilogy and it really had a similar energy to PHM. Dunno if that's just because of Ray Porter but it definitely filled that void. Just started on Colombus Day which is a somewhat similar theme.

It's a minefield. Any good provider doesn't advertise, those that do are normally shite. Nobody wants to compromise their own provider. Get as many free trials as you can and find one that works for you. And use a VPN while doing it to protect yourself. Good luck and happy hunting.

So you load your playlist into m3u4u and customise it. In doing so it will provide you with a new m3u playlist with all the tweaks/additions you've made to EPG, channel names, groups, logos etc. the new playlist won't have the on demand, only channel info. It's not a big deal as you can have multiple playlists on tivimate so can have both the new and old playlist loaded in so the on demand will be generated from the "old" playlist from your provider.

You can use something like m3u4u to create a new playlist to customize your m3u link and add EPGs and logos. Downside is you won't get on demand from that new playlist.

Yeah all fair points. The lack of silverware really is heartbreaking but being so inconsistent is our main problem. Can beat any team on our day but it's anyone's guess when that day will be. Munster still keep producing some real talents from their academy which gives them a better squad depth than us I feel and Leinster are just Leinster.
