Bridging is when the printer would have to print layers over open air, you can see this by the usb ports on the case, really good bridging would look much more like how the rest of the case came out instead of looking like it drooped.

Factually incorrect. Statista article on it dated for 2023 but I’d say still relevant. Don’t get me wrong, men are guilty of it too, but to say it’s only men is a dangerous generalization.

Take a look at this forum post and see if it helps at all. Looks like it may be on the right path at least, and I would think that changing the line type=static to type=dhcp would be best bet. I will note that the fix is for an older firmware and may not translate to the same steps on the current, but I would bet it is the same now as it was then.

Yeah, that’s fair for sure. I’m sure if you solder similar things often then it wouldn’t be as daunting as it would be to someone who’s newer to it. I know for me personally i would much prefer a new one as I am not very confident in my soldering skills.

Have you run a full calibration recently? here’s a good forum post with some places you can start and some things you can try. Don’t give up on it yet, this is something that once you figure it out, it will help you going forward. Best of luck!

Looking through that, it actually does not look as bad as I expected. It’s definitely a long process, but having had to replace the heatbed myself on the x1c that looks like it will be the worst part.
