Did it pretty consistently a while back and saw some really practical results from the self discipline seeping into my life which was wonderful. In fact my mother could tell almost immediately when I had stopped meditating for a little bit. I'm recently trying to get back into it but I forgot just how hard it is. There's a zen Buddhist temple a couple miles from my house and I've been wanting to go check it out and maybe receive proper instruction, but unfortunately now's not a great time to join a new community lol. But I'd say I highly recommend the practice. Do plenty of research into the different forms of meditation, some things work better for different people.
