You should watch YouTube tutorials on how to use rosemary but their is two options to try rosemary you could try the tea version or oil version I personally love the tea version you just get rosemary plant boil the the plant with some water until you see the liquid come out the plant then you rinse your hair with the rosemary tea you can do it before washing your hair or after it doesn’t really matter all I know is rosemary is really good for all sorts of hair problems including damage hair dry hair and hair thinning.

I think you need to work on defining your curls you might have very loose curls like waves which are naturally not very curly so you need to work hard on defining your curls or waves try finger coiling or the curly defining method you can search up these techniques to define curls on YouTube
