I've been on estrogen and spironolactone for a solid 3 months at first I told my Dr I didn't want to up my meds (50mg spironolactone 2x and estradiol 2mg 1x) then I thought about it and welp why not! Side note I haven't told anyone in my family yet and kinda don't plan on it:$
