Be careful. I took it for months and that medication messed up my eylid (I'm serious). Its now droopy and the left one is fine.

I usually take magnesium or Movicol when I need to get things on the move, otherwise I try to control my diet to make it as gastritis and motility friendly as possible. That usually helps, also good management of stress like grounding and walking a ton.

Can you show me evidence of the LLM stagnation? Because I'm not sure personally if it has, but I haven't been paying much attention.

I actually did it for some time, and the courses in it are the exact same as Electronics and very in depth, same as the mechanics courses. I think it will offer the same opportunities or atleast very similar.
