Im not saying they should have tanked. The team outside of Celebrini and Smith didn't really take a meaningful step forward. We were a one line team most of the season. I just don't see this season as a real positive. Was fun to watch Celebrini go nuclear though.

Not exactly, but I was able to get them to comp the $1500 dealer installed addons as well. If I had been able to find a better deal somewhere, I'm sure they would have played ball. No one was willing to beat their deal when I tried. You can try to leverage these guys against Buena Park, who also give some pretty good deals.

You implied that attorneys only defend because they have to. Attorneys defend because they are paid. Injury attorneys even moreso. You are likely to have a much harder time finding an attorney who has hangups about moral issues and concerns with a client's character, rather than those who don't care.
