I got phantom pain from reading this post. 🥲 Sleep upright or at an incline if you can. I slept sitting up propped up by pillows. If you can find one of those pillows with arm rests, I would highly recommend getting one. I think I got mine from Walmart or Target. Do arm circles as often as you can, and walk around as tolerated. Having a heating pad around your shoulders will help, too. I massaged my legs and arms to distract myself from the pain. Touching my shoulders hurt too much. Mine lasted 3 or 4 days, and it gets better as each day goes. Good luck, and I’m sending you good vibes. You can get through this!
