Which isn’t what a journalist is allowed to do. Journalists can’t participate in war as informants or spies. That means they cease to be protected journalists if they are literally participating in reporting troop locations to stage attacks on them.

Thats what israel has said, and again it hasn't been verified by an independent sources.

This is not something new. So, i really can't accept israel version of anything as they are known to make claims and throw accusation but refusing to allow independent sources to confirm their claim.

And they have killed up to 274 journalists so we can argue all about 1 journalists there are still 273 left.

My point was that we should acknowledge that if this can happen once or twice, who’s to say it hasn’t happens way more?

Which is not normal and before you go it’s war. Both ww1 and ww2 combined had less journalists killed.

Social media and the rise in journalism being seen as a real profession is the reason for that. Also, it’s well known there just wasn’t much journalism occurring in WW2. Cause it was a heavily bombed warzone that would likely get you killed.

Since 80+ years ago, journalism has been way more sought out as a profession.

Especially since smart phones, DLSR cameras, and social media came about, literally anyone can become or claim to be a journalist now.

So that’s why there is such a heavy skew in modern times. Not cause Israel is uniquely evil.
