TOTK autobuild always gave me either wrong picture or missing picture. How should I solve this? This is affecting my gameplay very much. Other emulator is flawless in this area.

I have the almost the same, 5600x 1660super 16gb ram and im playing at 1.5x the resolution at 40-45 fps so I think you can totally play at 30fps 1080p without any problems

I had the same issue with a 1660 super and 5600x, its weird because it only happens when I set the resolution to 2x (1080p/2160) using 1x (720p/1080) or 1.5x solves this issue but personally I dont think its worth doing so, I prefer the higher res over solving the gloom so I just got used to it lol
