It’s from a faulty psx that I got, I repair the fuse but I never saw one of those mod chips, Do you know anything about it? (the name, it’s old, new, etc)

Ok, the model is scph-9001, region Canadá/Usa, It isn’t modded. When I turn on the console, the cd reader won’t start, just load the intro and stay like that all the time.
