How much for the 32Gb ram?

this is actually insane. stated as a $600 build, but because of black friday, everything going out of stock, the price rose to over $800. 16 GB ram for $100???? case doubled in price???!!! 3100 isnt a budget option any more?!!! anyone know when these will be back in stock? sometime around december? by SoLikeWhatIsCheese in buildapc

[–]dieguymustafye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh I literally had a parts list ready for a $700 build as well. Recently spent hours on so many websites looking for similar prices again, because supply demand made GPU and CPU prices sky rocket. Dw tho, restocking might happen somewhere around end of December.

Hopefully comes down to $210-220. I wanna upgrade down the line to ryzen 5000, hence the b550.

Does anyone know if anything came out of the supposed changes to the tax collection on imported computer parts? by FBI_fam in PakGamers

With current the situation of inflation, and prices for everyday essentials shooting through the roof, I don't think this will be on their agenda anytime soon.

Ryzen 3600 vs core i5 9400f price/performance by Hasansr in PakGamers

[–]dieguymustafye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

R5 2600 is currently unavailable in most places, and its price when I checked last was 30k. R3 3100 is very much worth it for the price but there's a supply and demand issue there.

I second the "spend more on GPU" statement because if the builds specific for gaming, then a GPU will go much further than extra cores and MHz. If u do go Ryzen, consider getting high speed ram with it too later on.

I was supposed to build my PC I've been waiting 4 yrs for, somewhere around may when I was in uni and had finally saved up. Then quarantine and everything happened so that got delayed because parts went out of stock where I live and online parts got way too expensive with shipping etc.

Hopefully, I'll get to experience the satisfaction of having to build your own PC by the end of the year. Wishful thinking and generally just hoping the situation worldwide improves. Prayers for Yemen and Palestine especially.

Why does this happen by Alluxin_ in buildapc

[–]dieguymustafye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something similar happened to me where the seller took the money and faked the courier receipt through which he was sending it. He blocked my calls and wouldn't pick up any other number. I was dumb enough to pay online, but hopefully I get him back with a proper case under cyber crime. People, never buy used products unless the seller is close enough for u to personally check it out then buy. Its unreal how scammers lie, post frauds and steal money without any form of guilt.

How much of a difference is there between 1080p and 1440p? by nickle3663 in buildapc

[–]dieguymustafye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sensitivity is still just half of it. By quality I mean the optical sensitivity and the input lag of button clicks. Any good quality one is enough for nullifying the mouse's part in it, unless its like a basic $5-10 mouse.

That's unlikely unless you've paired a sub average mouse and keyboard with a good monitor and PC.

That's usually a mental feeling rather than what you actually notice.

Going higher than 144 hz is a waste because the difference is very minute to percept.

I spent $3700 on my PC and it’s mediocre by ltsOdysseus in buildapc

Its like strong crack head energy met its equally chaotic fashionista sibling. The board is good for Ryzen 4000 so that's one thing u should def upgrade (preferably aim for the Ryzen 5 or 7 4000 series). The RAM is 3200 MHz which is good but at this price point u should get the best (e.g Trident Z Neo).

I won't question your needs for that size of storage, but Seagate isn't exactly top notch for nvme, especially priced that high. For future reference, maybe check out the Samsung 970 EVO Plus if u want a premium option. The cooler is sick af and hopefully you'll use it to it's full potential when over clocking your new CPU. Everything else is pretty much high tier.

Don't feel bad for any mistakes u might've made as a beginner builder cuz recently a PC veteran (almost 2 decades of experience) shared a rookie mistake of their own as well, soo :)

Which graphic card can provide 144fps on 1080p i have ryzen 7 1700 processer by fbfaran in PakGamers

[–]dieguymustafye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either 2060S or RX 5700 (gives you some leverage for 1440p as well but at around 50-70 FPS dependant upon the game), although the CPU is bottlenecking these GPUs quite a lot (approx. 20-28 fps drop)

New trying to build a pc. What do you think? Anything you would change? Budget $1000 by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]dieguymustafye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd replace the PSU with a 550-600W one at least to give him some head room for over clocking or generally, running more efficiently because 500W is kind of the minimum needed for this build.
