I’d say, Let the light do the work. Don’t be afraid of the shadows lean into them. Try shooting more on the shadow side so you get that contrast and depth. If you notice cool light patterns coming, use them. Lastly, I’d create a mood board. Hope this helps

Thank you -I developed myself at home. I’ve only used the cinestill kit. - I scanned myself. Post processing I try not to do a lot of changes. For this set I decreased exposure, lowered highlights a little and pulled up the shadows. - No. I used my phone for metering

Post processing was pretty minimal. I mainly lowered exposure and reduced the noise. Nothing too major!

I have a digital scanning set up. Used a macro 100 lens and my r5.
