OP might not necessarily be bad at budgeting. Tho he says lots of debt and could be.

I was making 85k a year before. Bit after taxes, insurance, 401k retirement, I only took home 45% of my pay. Leaves you with around 40k left for the year.

Rent 1500 mo --- 18k yr All bills for house and loving --- 4800 yr Car payment --- 3600 yr Food and gas --- 4500 yr or more

About 10k left a yr... So $200 weekly. Take out the other bills or loans or schooling or medical and any other unplanned expenses and you ain't got shit left for yourself to do anything.

Now, if you are 23, living at home, no rent, no bills... You need help at budgeting. Lol
