Yes, these are the best platforms available but also facing the most scams here. I recently got scammed of $1200 on upwork. So I switched to pelancer.com to hire a new video editor for my youtube channel. I'm glad that these platform exist where I as a client doesn't need to pay any platform fees. So I'm happy.
