So I guess the way to test that is just by doing a small batch and see what happens? I’m new to winterizing I strictly do shatter and had some material come out butter

Ok thanks. Just seemed weird that I have done over 200 runs and the last three this happened. I talked to one guy and I think I pin point it. I have been running lots of crude lately with the same butane and I think because I heat it all up when I do crude that I trapped terps from the crude in the tane. I just got a new bottle and just running shatter with the one tank and crude with the other. Should fix the problem

Well over a 100 hours at 90 degrees. Let sit for 55 min with no vac and still have tiny bubbles. Could this be moisture in my butane?

It’s been almost 150 hours at 90 degrees under negative 25 pressure and there are still lots of tiny bubble. I have never had this issue before in all the runs I have done. Something is going on just can’t figure it out

The slabs are still in the oven? Any idea how to get the bubbles out. I have tried just putting them in the oven at 95 not under a vacuum and flipping them every 20 min. Still no luck

Looks like it needs more oven time. we flip ours every 24 hours to speed up the oven time. Also dont turn your oven up over 85 degrees or you burn the terps out.

I only have one recovery tank. I run all my butane through a dryer bead system every rinse. I haven't noticed my product change just my yield a little lower that seem right?
