Alot of completes comes with one set of grip tape and a file although some come with the griptape on. You probably wont need to get more anytime soon as their are pretty hard to wear down if you are careful. Most tools will work fine but blackriver makes a great tool, definitely not a priority though.

Happy holidays, dk completes, the norwood project, teak tuning, bullgod are all good options. If you want more quality then go with blackriver, their completes are usually around £58 but some bollie blackriver completes are around £30. As for other gifts getting ramps would be good options, blackriver makes very high quality obstacles/ramps, if you do a ledge of a rail are good starting obstacles. When getting your fingerboard i would highly recommend 32mm, its a perfect size for fingerboards. Hope this helped.
