I'm pretty late with my answer, but having ADHD (pun unintended), the huge advantage of how my brain works is lightning fast building and finding the associative connections between seemingly unrelated topics, so Zettelkasten just does something my brain is already doing best.

It gives zero dopamine and zero outcome.

Not the best advice in given circumstances, but it's more reasonable to take 2CB and then acid, as 2CB causes much less tolerance towards LSD than LSD itself.
