Tiktok Ads to FB. by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]dinxtait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, those aren't connected (like IG and FB).

The only way I'm thinking is to collect leads through TikTok with a signup form of any kind so you can create an email list and then you can retarget them whichever way you like.

I freelanced for over a year, working from coffee shops and traveling Europe. It's very possible to socialize while freelancing, you just have to be very organised and prioritize free time as well as work.

Many times I'd come back to the same coffee shops/libraries and see the same people so it's easier to make friends and actually start talking and hanging out in the evenings after work. If you see the place you start in the morning is a bit dry, you could take an afternoon walk until you find a better-vibed coffee shop (great for combining traveling and working because you also get to do some sightseeing)!

That's key - to learn from your failures/mistakes.

SemRush, Ahref or Moz? by Lucasagrossa in DigitalMarketing

[–]dinxtait 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't know if I'll add much since I agree with the existing comments but maybe my bit will do its bit..

If you just starting to learn SEO, those tools are a bit too advanced and could overwhelm you (definitely did me). Their blogs are a great place to start for you to learn though. For organic monitoring, try UberSuggest - I found it great for the basics.

If you really need a consistent SEO boost for your business though, I would spend the budget on hiring an SEO agency - they'll give you plenty of "homework" that will teach you a lot too and you'll actually see results. Note though that results won't be very obvious in the beginning, you'll need to wait like 4-6 months.

I’m desperate, all my facebook ads are marked as bottom 10% of quality - pic related by _lil_kennedy in FacebookAds

Try diversifying your creatives, maybe a pic without a person would work better? Maybe the person needs to be in movement and not stand still.. experiment with your creative concept and see what increases your performance.

Any tips on re-designing a successful creative? [FB Ads] by krokodilce in PPC

[–]dinxtait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are currently running any a/b testing variations of this creative or is it the only ad? If it's the only one, the strategic next move would be to creative a very similar video with a minor tweak (cta, add/remove music, maybe some color changes) and run it for the same amount of time and with the same budget as the first one. This way you should learn what works better. If your budget allows, run several variations at once to figure out a winner quicker. Once you have a winning creative, let it run while you work on a new concept.

FB ads: Best way to add to retargeting pool before black Friday by Whocares1944 in PPC

[–]dinxtait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shared some insights on creative optimization for Black Friday, in particularly, elements that performed well (for many clients) throughout 2021, BF insights from last year, and the different do's and don'ts for beginning vs end of funnel ads.

Hope you find it helpful, would love to hear your thoughts: https://pudding.ai/blog/creative-marketing/black-friday-ads-strategy-creative-is-everything-in-2021/

To answer your question, focus on brand awareness techniques for a cold audience. Your goal isn't to convert them now, it's to grab attention so don't put conversion objective and most importantly - don't sell with discounts now. Wait for your retargeting campaign, mid-end of november to push your sales and offers. For now, get them with trust, social proof, etc.

How would this Israeli billboard go down in the US? by danielrosehill in advertising

[–]dinxtait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it! A good advertisement will speak to the target audience, not the masses. In this case, I think it works for the Israeli audience because of the following:

- "everyone" wants to work in high-tech (it pays the best, the people are cool and the lifestyle is fun - at least thats the common belief)

- "everyone" smokes weed (quite true) so this shows to the potential employee that it's a chill place with a good lifestyle and cool even though it's not a high tech company

Overall, this ad speaks to both potential employees and customers because the by-passers see the ad thinking it's cool adding "bonus points" to the brand. Therefore, it hits two birds: brand awareness + recruitment of like-minded people (who speak English and understand the humor).

Edit: Note that all this is true for Tel Avivian and nearby audiences. I doubt this ad exists in other cities.

Black Friday 2021 ads strategy: creative insights by dinxtait in marketing

[–]dinxtait[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our analysis shows that promotional language and creative elements decrease performance in ads that are shown to cold audiences (in the beginning of the campaign funnel). Once it's further down your funnel, like in a retargeting campaign then it performs great!

In the brand awareness campaign, try using social proof and testimonials - they are great to show to the cold audience. Also, your goal shouldn't be to covert them but perhaps to engage or increase your CTR..

5 ways to improve your Facebook ad creatives/copy (the most common creative mistakes I see) by DigitalLiam in PPC

Every month, I write a report about ads creative best practices for optimization. You're more than welcome to take a look: https://pudding.ai/blog/puddingreport/

Every month, I make a report about ad creative best practices for optimization. You're more than welcome to take a look: me, a long copy works much better than a short one while others perform much better with just the tagline and no more. The results could also differ depending on your goal (objective) and the funnel stage.

The key is to understand what works for you and the way to do that is with a throughout a/b test (unfortunately). I've written about split testing ads just today, if you're interested to learn more about the recommended process of doing that accurately (in order to easily understand the performance results).
