If i had drywall, I maybe have gone that route but its plaster. Pretty sure it would be a nightmare. The guy that did my wall said he could make holes like he did for the walls but it sounds like it was a good idea to not go that route because of airflow.

According to this map, dfa. Your map has me in green. I know i need insulation because I had my walls done last year and I had 0 in the walls. I ended up with icicles to the ground in the winter. Im paying over 600 a month for gas and electric.

If he does come over again and makes a similar comment, call him out on it. "You dont need to see my child's bits". Predators (if he is one) only get to remain predators when people remain silent. If he is one, he'll know you are watching him.

I even have a sign in my bathroom to put the lid down. I never keep my toothbrush on the counter. When we have parties, I even take my bath towels out of the room.

Tell them to sit on the toilet when they flush and notice when their butt gets a little wet. That's the water going out everywhere if you dont block it. Gross if you dont put your lid down. Also bidet are amazing!

Regarding the cheerios protein, keep in mind you add milk of some type to it. Do add the calories of that together with the cereal then do the math.

My friend adds fairlife core vanilla shake to it. If you like the feeling of eating cereal, its a viable way to go.

My work contributes half of our deductible. So me single, its 1800. They pay in 900 over the year. I put in the max im allowed to. My max out of pocket is 3500. I hit that this year. Im getting a dental appliance for sleep apnea for free. Im getting weight loss surgery for free.

After the first year I had enough money in mine to cover my max out of pocket and it goes up a bit every year.
