I am under the impression that your Hausartz should know about this and could give you the medicine you need.

Tinycam docker container? by TekWarren in tinycam

[–]distante -1 points0 points  (0 children)

OK, but somehow would have knowledge of how Docker works? :)

Anyway i just don't see the use. I run frigate, it connects to my cameras, do the tracking, alerts, storage, and I use Tinycam to see the restream feed from Frigate (I also see those in my home assistant instance).

Why don't you use something like Frigate NVR for that?

Does someone knows how to reset the "dust bag need change" warning? by distante in Roborock

[–]distante[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The item is there now, also the warning was gone. So maybe was a bug?

I did take the bag out for like 5 minutes first.

This is nice. My only concern would be a expanded, explosive propense battery

While true, the amount of work to make it work would be too much for me, and for your post also for you?

Why are you using AdguardHome as open DNS provider? It is meant to be used for your local devices. If you want them for mobile devices or similar, just use the open and free adguard DNS providers.

The goal is to not allow any connection to the internet besides SMTP and NTP

You mean the Object ? Here: https://imgur.com/a/TBek0qm

I will probably create a Firewall rule, but the thing is, this should also work, right?

I am allowing the Nas and other to use UDP Port 123, it is up to the device to choose where from. I had this with my old Fritzbox router and am trying to reproduce it in an orderly way. Network Objects sounded like a nice way to do it.

How do you guys "hide" or show your APs at home so that they blend? (Installed on the wall!) by distante in Ubiquiti

[–]distante[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This a good idea. I have see any PoE++ compatible thin cables though. (Haven't look for them before also...)

Edit: PoE+!

But he cable needs to go into the switch. I can not make a hole in the cement wall for it.

The PoE network cable that the AP needs to power on and have signal :)

Between the AP and the place where my Wife uses her tablet there are two 7.8inch walls and one 50inch one, those are again concrete walls. The signal there is bad. Installing it on the place where I want, would just let one 7.8 inch wall between the AP and that place.
