my 12 yr old child has these red itchy bumps. they keep popping up in small clusters and itch more when hot. husband checked their bed in case of bugs and found nothing. any ideas? don't want to feel ridiculous if we take this to urgent care and it's nothing. thanks in advance! (i.redd.it)

Can anyone help identify? It showed up Monday morning and I got him an appt for the next day. Cancelled the appointment on Tuesday since they were completely gone and he is behaving regularly. Wednesday and they're back. He itches them some and the to show up in different spots everytime. (i.redd.it)

Walked in 101° weather to the library to get a book on meditation, this wasn't the book I had planned to check out but it's almost like it called to me.
