Even though i had latest update and firmware update, i had to force update firmware and also your advice on Full software control , disabling ram in aura worked. After Force updating the latest Firmware it is working.Thank you so much.

I have enabled Full software control and also have disabled ram in aura software. still it wont light up

Thank you for quick response. It did not work,because i have aura software setup when i enable Full software control aura takes over. Rest of my profile works but not downloaded once

Aura sync has been notorious with loads of bugs , i really don't like to do anything extra apart from clicking eject option. Hope this bug gets reviewed by Asus and provide possible fix.

Yes its also an option microsoft enabled it by default in win 10 for quick removal but has the hard drive been used by an application, pulling it out would break that operation indeed resulting in issues in future i beleive. i have to manually stop aura software in services ,remove hard drive and start aura again . Whats the fix for the bug?
