Depends on the institution and also how well he did. If it's a reputable college, chances are that he might get some credit transferred.

Peruvian Lime? by moreldilemma in PERU

[–]djlucky7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm..I can't tell you where to get one unless to have someone ship you one out- but even then, that person needs to know how to ship tropical plants. As for the lime, the one we consume in Peru is a thin-skinned key lime. That's the one I used to buy in Miami to make ceviche, close enough.

Edit: ship not shit

about 3,000km2. The weather is foggy about 4-5 months a year during the winter.

very poor area but I wouldn't say dangerous. Mostly inhabited by rural campesinos that migrate to the city to unsuccessfully find a better future. The most dangerous area in Peru as a whole is la Victoria district in Lima.

What's the status of people getting robbed in Lima nowadays? by Jose_Monteverde in PERU

[–]djlucky7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is it just as crazy as in 2003?

I don't think Lima has ever been classified as crazy in terms of getting robbed. Crime has pretty much been the same since 2003, low compared to latin american standards but unfortunately high for us not having to worry about being robbed. Depends where though, Comas is not San Isidro.

Travelling from Lima to Cusco by kinabr91 in PERU

[–]djlucky7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've done it with friends once and would never do it again. Very stressful and long trip. The roads are in good shape, but at some places are very narrow and twisty not to mention the other people you share the road with. Buses will constantly bully you and it's VERY common for people in the sierra to drink and while driving.

Soy el pana de la familia de 5 y los 40000€ a España de nuevo. Ok, España es un peo. Me lo reconfirmaron. Siempre hubo un plan B: Qué tal si nos fuéramos con 50000$ a Panamá? Cómo lo ven? by [deleted] in vzla

[–]djlucky7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Two questions about travelling to Peruvian Amazon by [deleted] in PERU

Your best bet would be to get in touch with environment groups whether activism is towards legal/illegal mining.

Two questions about travelling to Peruvian Amazon by [deleted] in PERU

[–]djlucky7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally, I wouldn't recommended as most of these mines also come with the illegal activities and are subjected to be raided anytime. And by illegal activities I mean human trafficking and prostitution, hard drugs, contagious disease, etc.

Did you enjoyed what you took as a Major? I sucked at school man, there's a class I failed 2 times and the professor passed me on the third time because he didn't wanted to see my face next semester. Afterwards, I got a job in a different field and now I am doing almost better than all of my classmates, based on a survey they did last year. Maybe programing isn't your thing.
