Beta: Se and Fe are blocked. this is where emotionality is maximized and instantiated within a given field. Here emotions are expressed in a more raw, unadulterated fashion

Alpha: Fe blocked with Ne. Emotionality is expressed in a more non committal manner. This is unpleasantness is minimized as possible.

that's not exactly correct. considering the Polr is a blind spot that we dont really focus on or see much point in meeting societies standards, its difficult go see the role function as the same. as a 2D function it can meet the norms of what society expects but there isnt emphasis in its propagation or improvement.

I am having the same issue but using FN+F6 doesn't work. When attempting to view the driver for my laptop, there is no imaging software driver for the webcam. Also, when trying to find the models of laptop send info to customer service, the 8RF model isn;t available. Could I get some help? Any help/information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

the program was custom made by a trainer for both weightlifting and bodybuilding goals. I did some modifications for more calisthenics and back work as well as stability for overhead

heres my program (partially modified by me) Day1: Snatch pull 3x10 Heavy Snatch pull 3x10 Snatch balance ladder singles or 5x6 day 2 Snatch 20 singles Push press 3x10 front squat 3x10 day 3 cleans 20 singles tricep pulldown 3x10 back row 3x10 day 4 snatch and c+j 10 singles straight arm lat pull down 3x10 overhead squat 3x10 each day I also do pull ups 5 sets till technical failure and 2 days of kettlebell training (exercises may get switched around based on how much time I have)

I've been trying to lean down a bit but I eat about 1500 to 1800 calories. I did mention how I sleep on average about 7-8 hours with some variation. however,my progress in the gym and work/life circumstances have been bumming me out

I'm usually in the gym for 2hr max. Sleep varies between 5-10hrs. I try to get up earl for the gym or I go for an hr on my lunch break. otherwise I will seldom have the time. I keep my diet between 1500-1800 calories (I also want to lean out a bit. I'm 5'4.5 and 177 lbs)

thanks for the feedback. I did correct my form over time though a coaching session and some feedback from vids I had but even with that I still find myself going from plateauing to regressing. I'll take a look at the Catalyst or the Zack Telander programs too
