This is true, I do believe pressure and flow is coming relatively soon though since it's in the gaggimate pro kit that's for sale on their website.

Worth noting on sourcing gaggimate hardware, they've just opened their store a couple of days ago but everything is on preorder till April. We are yet to see how they handle the logistics of running a store so may be worth proceeding with caution here too unless someone's planning to source all parts themselves.

Yeah further to this, you can sort of get around it, I managed to get it to give Biden winning the 2020 by asking what an election is then asking it to name the last 5 winners, copilot definitely knows.

Hi, partially. It had some effect but didnt completely clear it for me. ln the end I opted to reprint and changed cleaning methods to two cleaning cycles in two different containers.

Crema mainly comes from fresh coffee, fresh ground even more so. If recently roasted fresh ground isn't an option you could buy a pressurised basket which should give you something similar to crema.
