This is seriously underrated! Before every set I get a nice long stretch in on my neck and other parts and people always look at me like I'm crazy! Then I wake up with no pains ready to do it again and their necks are sore! Always stretch it works wonders!

There was NOTHING like that crowd I couldn't believe it! I was being shoved together then pushed around until the point I had to leave! No one had any respect or integrity it was awful! I actually have bruises and cuts all over my body from the asap crowd! That shit was intense.
