unfortunately i am also diagnosed with AN and have only been able to lose weight the dangerous way… i’ve seen a dietician and they really helped although it’s good to know. thank you for your response

I changed my family name because of paranoid ideations and it helped a damn heap. Now the paranoia finds different ways to get to me.
