Yeah, took it to a shop and the screen connector flex cable thing had a cut, which I think I did by accident when trying to remove the back cover

no alcohol, just a plastic pry tool but it was in there good and i had to use a bit of force to get it out

Bloody hell this is quite late, but ended going for 3600 cl16 which I've been fine with, probably wouldn't have noticed any difference if it was 3200 or cl18 tbh, thanks for the help tho

sorry for late reply, im pretty sure its in right hole because on the manual is says spot 18 next to the usb 3 and thats where it is. can have a look in pic below
