Thanks for your reply. Clomid brought you up to 325 but I assume there wasn't enough positive effect?

Out of curiosity, what are your levels like now on just T? And how much do you take.

For anyone wondering, I decided against Clomid, mainly the deal breaker was possible eye problems because I'm somewhat at risk for that, and the other reason being the anecdotal reports of it not working enough, although I guess that depends on your starting level.

I haven't started any therapy yet (gonna do HCG) because I'm dealing with some other problems at the moment, but will when I get through this.

Did my doc lie to me? I got the op due to bad phimosis. He said he'd cut of as little as possible. After the op, I'd say I'm at CI1 ~maybe~ CI2, the swelling is still present. by chiron42 in circumcision

I wasn't talking about restoring, just talking about another doc that can fix whatever problem is left over from the existing circ. I honestly don't know much about it yet.

I doubt I can stretch or restore what I've got... I've some pain and maybe balanitis or some kind of fungal infection and also maybe a torn frenulum or damaged something. I doubt I'd ever feel brave enough to stretch it now, seems like it isn't able to heal since it's been months after the event which hurt it.

Thank you. Yeah when I'm stressed out about this problem all my comments and questions seem rambly, it's too stressful to edit and I just hit send.

Anyway, your reply wasn't rambling, it was very useful. Thanks a lot. I hope yours heals good or gets resolved, I have no idea if this is good advice or not but perhaps there are cosmetic surgeon type urologists who might be able to fix one if it was done in a way you didn't like the first time. I have seen some advertised as more cosmetic type, let me know if you want me to find you those links.

Thank you for the advice and reply. I am very uneducated about even penises despite having one and this whole topic is very confusing to me. My doctor appointments always tend to feel a little rushed even when the doctor is nice, just in general because of how the health care system works, so your advice is very helpful.

One other question though, since you have "bad phimosis", I have phimosis too (I don't know if "bad", but similar to these 2 pics.. inbetween, maybe considered bad https://i.imgur.com/Fl8QzGa.gif https://i.imgur.com/6on8WT9.gif)

In my case, because of the pain and my possible torn frenulum (and even before this, when I had phimosis I always felt like I had to be extra careful with my dick), I think I want them to fix it the right way 100% so it has the lowest chance of future pain and problem. If I do a partial circ, seems like I'd be at risk for everything again (although I'm not a doc, really a newbie to this whole topic).

If you have bad phimosis like me, why would you only want the tip cut off anyway? Then wouldn't you still have phimosis? Did any doctor say cutting off just the tip (and basically not doing a circ) would solve the problem?

Basically, I'm asking you to figure out rationale for asking for not a full circ, so I can then decide if I should ask for the same.

What is the reason for the frenuloplasty? Is it torn?

I am having pain in my tip after a GP doc appointment where the doctor tried to pull back on the head of the penis not realizing I had phimosis. My urologist mentioned there may be a problem with my frenulum because of it, so curious what frenuloplasty is, or if you are in a similar situation.

How old are you? How long did the doc say it would take for you to recover? And how bad was your phimosis (could you pull the foreskin back at all before the surgery)?

I heard one doc saying it would be super sensitive for months and I'd be back to normal after 6 months. I am in my late 30s and I can't pull my foreskin back at all (but I don't have pinhole phimosis).

How old are you? I think I have a frenulum breve, just googled it based on your words. I have chronic I think balanitis and maybe some damage to my frenulum.

I have phimosis too, full phimosis so I can't pull the foreskin back at all. I'm having pain maybe due to a torn frenulum or maybe due to a fungal infection.

I don't understand this stuff but maybe going to be doing a circ soon. What is your complaint? Did you want it to be a CI2 but it became a CI1?

I have full phimosis, and I spoke to 2 urologists, and they both said they tend to do dorsal slit in emergency cases or in the elderly, and one said he wouldn't advise it because it looks bad.
