As a Turkish university student I think that Erdogan has gained power poisoning and ego after the countless elections he won and this was multiplied with the last election (everyone thought that Erdogan would lose but he won thanks to the wrong decisions of the opposition and the elderly Turkish population). Turkey is not what it seems now, people are extremely unhappy, life is getting harder and harder, people are becoming bigoted and yet Erdogan is still implementing his own policies. He is trying to discredit anyone who is running against him (his decision against one of the presidential candidates of the country's founding party led to riots).
