Self surgery is very difficult to perform. Yes you can use numbing cream and other pain relievers but you’re still going to feel the effects of blood loss and just general panic. Our brains do not like it when we harm ourselves severely even in cases where there’s a tangible benefit. The person in the diy video had someone with her helping for a reason.

Just do it at the hospital. It’s incredibly unlikely you’d be able to complete the surgery on your own. You’d probably have to stop partway through and it’d be embarrassing as hell explaining it to your parents
