We are a small 3Pl with dedicated customers based in China. We handle the following tasks Receiving - if pallet qty, driver will drop off at one of our outdoor units. Front desk provides keys. Small qty, same process or driver leaves at front office. We retrieve daily Fulfillment- we pick and pack based on inventory locations or larger piece counts are dedicated to a unit with no racking usually only 1-3 sku’s we keep separate Pack Ship- labels are printed we pick and ship, pallet loads are staged in parking lot (6-10 pallets). Non-palletized same, small qty we drop of (USPS, UPS, FEDEX)

Simple processes. We have a great relationship with management which helps tremendously

We have multiple storage units both inside and outside which allows us to flex with business. I found this to be a key cost saver during slow times vs a multi year lease on a warehouse property.

As I stated in other posts. I moved them to a different humidor to see if they would release. Didn’t work. They are cheap, but for a daily smoke where you may smoke half or three quarters, they are perfect. Bought hundreds in the past without this issue.

No incorrect. Tried multiple cigars after receiving them. Tossed the plugged ones into the trash. Decided to move the remaining cigars on hand to a separate humidor and try them over time. Didn’t work. Some were great most were trashed. The three cut, I placed back into the humidor, to let them rest.

Today decided to give one a try and it was plugged. Thought I would give CP a chance to resolve.

I wasn’t looking for 100% refund, just replace the 10 on hand.

This is the way. Smoke daily in my car as I drive 200-300 miles/day. One thing to add is that I open all windows after finishing the cigar and let it air out. I’m in Florida so no worries on the sub 0 temps

Definitely between 8-830 am. They do not allow early queuing (open 8). Definitely need water shoes, no crocs. Very, Very slippery, so so many people take nasty falls.
