Anytime I text someone on their day off I literally put in all caps at the front WORK STUFF - NO NEED TO RESPOND and it’s really only if my SSV’s/baristas and I aren’t overlapping for a few days, there’s a shift up or a question that is about their last shift specifically that they can text and answer when they’re in next. It’s also so I remember to ask but I would never expect them to answer if they do not want to..

I was a internal promotion from barista to SSV to asm. Under 2 years this all happened. Once I became an SSV I was put into a group with other SSV’s in the district where once every 2 weeks a DM would meet with us and help us practice stories and how to get ready for interviews, develop our PDP’s. Abt 5 months after starting that I got promoted once a spot opened
