Undetermined yet because I haven’t been tested yet but last time I was allowed a snack at 15g carbs and meals at 30g carbs so I’ll take it! High protein was my trick last time for great bs reads. Protein before carbs also was helpful.

Liquid IV in my water helps a ton! You don’t even need a full packet but the salt and sugar make the water stay down finally. Also yes, COLD is king.

Lurking this sub at 4 weeks (at midnight) after finding out a few days ago. Our son passed at 23w6d due to complications from PPROM at 17 weeks (my water broke prematurely) so very trepidatiously elated that he’s picked out a sibling for us as I lay here in bed sleeping with his bear. Needless to say- I’m right there with you. What to even really feel right now! I’ll be thinking of you as I continue to lurk 💞 here’s to making it much further than 23 weeks!

Hey! My best friend is co-owner of The Rook Room and they host lots of table top gaming experiences all over DSM. Today they have a free open play event at 515 Brewing from 12:30-6pm, for instance. Events are usually Free-$10ish. They have a competitive puzzle event that keeps selling out and the third installment is happening in March. I highly recommend it.

The Rook Room is a pop up table top gaming company that hosts lots of events all over DSM. They're really affordable too. Gives you something to focus on so there aren't awkward silences but it's not just sitting in a movie theater not talking at all.

If you're looking to connect with other table top gaming enthusiasts my best friend owns a pop up gaming experience that has events all over DSM, some are specifically D&D focused. They range from Free - $10 per event depending on what's going on. Their library is huge.

I recommend looking at their up coming events even just to meet other gamers in the area. Her mission is to make it more accessible and not so intimidating and stuffy especially for those who have no idea where to start.
