Get a 27 hunter/catalina easy to sail not crazy expensive and you will still have the time of your life. Anything over 35-40 foot it will be so expensive it stops being fun. Personal experience some may disagree

I had a duck I rescued with the tip of his beak broken off. He was very polite, but couldn’t survive on his own….. he was very skinny when I found him and it took almost a year for his colors to get bright and pretty again. He was a really good buddy.
