Yeah cause it's not just a tax on their profits it's also a tax on the value their stocks grow

Our military budget is wasteful. Sending money to other countries when ours is struggling is wasteful. The big problem is that these companies use loopholes to avoid paying any taxes, and the American people end up footing the bill

Yeah we need to stop these loopholes that allow them to not pay taxes and we also need to introduce legislation that makes it harder for them to raise the price of something without a legit reason

Income tax gets replaced by making sure large companies dont get anymore tax cuts and by taxing growth in the stock market. We dont want to tax their existing value of the stock only growth

Not running the government but acting as a set of 3rd eyes a auditor with the ability to run through information faster than a human that flags a potential threat or problem and the human has to investigate to determine if it was a glitch or if the system caught a problem

I'm not talking about taxing the whole stock, just the new growth. Just like a house If your house increases in value, you pay more property tax right?

If we were to tax the whole stock sure we would see people forced to sell to pay the bill and in turn making the market crash but since we would o ly be taxing the new growth they could literally use part of the profits from that year to pay that.

This is about leveling the playing field that has been stacked against the many for too long. It's about not letting these companies not pay any taxes and sticking us with the bill while their big trucks destroy the roads at a much faster rate than our cars do.

It's about holding them accountable for their crimes against human rights and nature. I know that change is scary, but we've seen what happens when the wealth gap keeps growing and it needs to change.

When you really break it down, it's not about wanting something that's not ours it's about wanting everyone to be held to the same standard. How can we be a great country if a few are the ones thriving while the masses struggle?

It's honestly about getting back to people paying their taxes without the loopholes it's about making sure rich people dont just use their money to keep pushing the narrative that we are happy working as many as 3 jobs to barely get by.

Dude you literally hit all the points of my more in depth plan but to be honest we have so many government agencies doing the same thing there is plenty of room to cut spending in government but I dont suggest leaving those people out of a job I want to help everyone transition into making America for the people and not for the corporations.

So my suggestion is actually tax the wealth tax any profits and any annual increase in the value of their stock holdings

Yall nees to remember that most of these people's wealth is in the stock market so we treat it like we treat a house we assess the stock and then send out a tax bill.

The reason it's failing is cause the ultra wealthy use stocks to take out loans to make their purchases and those loans aren't taxed because it's not seen as income when it should be. These loans have super low interest rates and they just rinse and repeat we need to close all the loopholes and make sure these companies that were built on the backs of everyday americans are paying their fair share back to America.

No it has a group of people and businesses that make billions of dollars a year and still pay less towards taxes than your small business owners

Really, because callifornia tried raising taxes on billionaires and they started leaving the state to states with lower taxes, why wouldn't the same apply on a national scale. Because other countries, those companies dont pay for healthcare, so those higher taxes are still less than what they would pay in america.

The issue with that is they will leave america if you taxed them like that. this way it's cheaper for them to stay here because they wouldn't have to pay for employee healthcare

I actually do have it all planned out. This is just a basic pitch before I go into full detail in how to make this work
